Where are you based?
We’re a U.S.-based brand, and all orders are produced and shipped from our fulfillment partners in the United States.
Orders & Changes
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start production quickly, so changes aren’t always possible.
If you need to update something, reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can fix it.
Once it ships, we’re unable to reroute packages.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Products are made to order and typically:
- Ship in 2–4 business days
- Arrive 3–5 business days after shipment
Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders over $95.
Standard shipping is a flat $9.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the U.S.
What if my order is delayed?
Delays can happen, especially during high demand periods.

Returns & Exchanges
What if it doesn’t fit?
We’ve got you. If it doesn’t fit right, you can return it within 30 days and reorder your correct size.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t process direct exchanges, but the fastest way is to return your item and place a new order.
What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within a few business days.
